You aren't blessed, you entitled twerp
It would be really nice if everyone could go ahead and stop saying they are blessed when something favorable happens to them. No one blessed you. Things happen as a result of factors that we, as people either own control, own partial control or own no control. None of these are likely to gain the influence of a benevolent being such as God, since... and I know this is hard to grasp... what happens to you doesn't matter to anyone besides you and maybe a very concentrated group of associated people. That's it. You aren't given an awesome house, or car, or whatever because you are in some special favor of God. Your circumstances allowed for you to make decisions to have these things. If you win the lotto, it was pure luck. If you survive a life threatening situation, it was because the total of the calculated variables equalled to your survival.
This isn't me saying that God doesn't exist and there haven't been miracles.
I'm just saying that it's not for you to decide that the most-often trivial circumstances of day to day life are bestowed to you and quite honestly, it makes you look conceited and holier than thou. Because what you're really saying is your friend, Jesus loves you more than those around you and as far as I'm concerned you can take that idea and shove it up your ass.
