Inspired by life's ebb and flow...

Only because of external factors, doing what's right is harder.  It's impossible to completely turn off the noise and ignore the backlash in it's entirety. 

Mix in directives decreed from people who hold your fate as a provider firmly in the palm of their hands and it becomes nearly impossible.  

I wish it were different.  In a way I could change it.  But like everyone else I'm riddled with the conflict.  The very nature of my professional existence is the mutual trust I have established with my core clientele.  To have me undermine that relationship in favor of literally any other entity, my company included, is at very least a breach in decorum and quite possibly a fundamental breakdown in the mission of said company, especially as it pertains to growth through retention.
